This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.21 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

Prosecutor seeks time for filing the said charge sheet before the Jurisdictional Magistrate.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
