JUDGMENT

(Delivered by PARESH UPADHYAY, J.) Challenge in this appeal is made to the order passed by learned Single Judge dated 22 February 2021 on O.P.No.250 of 2020.

2. Learned advocate for the appellant states that, according to him, the appellant has not approached the right forum with his grievance against the order of learned single Judge. He therefore seeks permission to withdraw this appeal. 3.Permission as prayed for is granted. This Original Side Appeal is disposed of accordingly. It is noted that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
