ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2023. 2.In the present case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 08.03.2023 to quash the proceedings dated 06.01.2024 issued by the 1st respondent and to further treat the said proceedings as abated under Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Repeal Act 20 of 1999. Since no order was passed, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner is not present, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2023 will be disposed of by the 2nd respondent within a period of twelve weeks.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the same, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.
