This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR against the named said persons on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 31.08.2015.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 31.08.2015 by post to the respondent. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the Respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law.
