This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register FIR against the named said persons on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 13.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petitioner wanted to purchase the property of the opposite party and given some advance money. After receiving advance money, the opposite party sold the property to someone else. The respondent police has conducted petition enquiry and the same was closed on 19.08.2015 as it is contractual in nature. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
