O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7926 of 2020 dated 29.05.2020 in Crime No.196 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police.

The counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.7926 of 2020 on 29.05.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has complied with the conditions from 15.06.2020 to 05.8.2020.

In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7926 of 2020 on 29.05.2020 is modified. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, on the first working day of every month until further orders.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
