The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that pursuant to the affidavit filed on the earlier occasion, the petitioners have deposited an amount of Rs.10 lakhs on 23.06.2023 and he would pray that some more time may be granted for settling the remaining amount.

2.The learned Government Advocate seeks time to get instructions with regard to the amount deposited sofar and the amounts which remains to be repaid to the customers.

3.At his request, list the matter on 31.07.2023.
