Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that on account of subsequent development, this writ petition has become infructuous and makes the following endorsement. " In view of the order passed by Hon'ble Debts Recovery Tribunal-I in S.A.No. 61 of 2015 on 17.02.2015, protecting the interest of petitioner and respondents, nothing survives in the writ

petition.

The writ may be disposed of in accordance with the aforesaid."

2. Having regard to the facts situation as aforestated, this writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
