C.M.P.Nos.9627, 9629 & 9630 of 2019 in A.S.No.194 of 2006 V.BHARATHIDASAN, J These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 864 days in filing the petition to bring the petitioner as a legal representative of the seventh appellant, viz., K.R.Varadharajan; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the seventh appellant and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased seventh appellant in the above Appeal Suit.

2. According to the petitioner, the seventh appellant K.R.Varadharajan died on 03.07.2016 and the petitioner is the legal representative of the deceased seventh appellant.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and all the Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
