The present writ petition has been filed seeking a diection to the second and third respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 2.2.2017. The petitioner had made a representation seeking permission for conducting the function on account of 'Maha Sivarathiri' from 23.02.2017 to 26.02.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Since the function starts from today, the petitioner seeks to participation on the same.

3.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner would be allowed to participate in the function and his representation will be also considered.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader for H.R.& C.E., without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.02.2017 on merits and in accordance with law.
