Subordinate Judge, Dharmapuri by partially reversing the judgment and decree dated 17.07.2019 made in O.S.No.291 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsiff Court, Dharmapuri. JUDGEMENT Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both the appellant and the respondent appeared in person along with their counsels and submitted that during the pendency of appeal proceedings, a compromise was arrived between them. To that effect, they have submitted a Memorandum of Compromise, in which both parties have signed.
2. Accordingly, on recording the Memorandum of compromise, this Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. The Memorandum of Compromise shall form part and parcel of the decree. 21.06.2024 rpp To Addl. Sub-Judge, Dharmapuri.
