2.The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent has no objection to the petition being ordered.

Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered. However, the claimant will not be entitled for any interest for the delay period of 1584 days.
