Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned Notice on Final Action under Clause 3 of the Agreement, dated 27.10.2014 issued by the 2nd respondent and consequential communication NO.12-10/PW(H)/201415/44 dated 22.11.2014 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same.

The prayer is amended as above as per Order dated 16.3.2015 in M.P.No.1 of 2015 from that of ''writ of certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned Communication No.1210/PW(H)/2014-15/44 dated 22.11.2014 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same''.
