This petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing the written representation made by the petitioner on 08.05.2017 within a stipulated time. 2.The petitioner made a representation on 08.05.2017 inter alia alleging that though the property is said to be belonging to the petitioner has been assessed to Urban Land Tad, the same has been stopped abruptly and therefore, the petitioner will https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
have to be informed about the amount payable. As there is no response, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Taking note of the pendency of the representation from 08.05.2017 and without going into the merits of the case, the respondents 2 and 3, as the case may be, are directed to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
