By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The case of the petitioner is that she was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher in the third respondent School on 22.04.1998 and her services were regularized from 01.07.2003. According to the petitioner, she is entitled for regularization of service from the date of her appointment. In this regard, she made a representation dated 20.11.2015 to the respondents. Since no order has been passed by the respondents, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.K.Anbarasan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.M.E.Raniselvam, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.11.2015 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
