ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.2283 of 2020 order dated 05.02.2020, the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m, for a period of 30 days and thereafter, report daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions till lock down.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
