ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on (b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3430 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the final report has also been filed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.9(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3430 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025 is relaxed.
