Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing respondents herein to transfer the Patta from the name of A.Kavimani, S/o.T.Arumugham with respect to Plot No.55 extent 2400 sq.ft. Comprised in Survey No.360/11, 107, Valarpuram Village, Sriperumbudur to the name of the petitioner namely T.K.Kulasekaran on the basis of the registered Sale Deed bearing No.1204/2007 dated 11.12.2007 on the file of Sriperumbudur SubRegistrar, Sriperumbudur by disposing of the petitioner's application dated 29.08.2017.

Mr.S.Navaneethen, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to transfer the Patta from the name of A.Kavimani, S/o.T.Arumugham with respect to Plot No.55 measuring an extent of 2400 sq.ft comprised in Survey No.360/11, 107, Valarpuram Village, Sriperumbudur to his name namely T.K.Kulasekaran, on the basis of the registered Sale Deed bearing No.1204/2007 dated 11.12.2007 on the file of the Sriperumbudur Sub-Registrar, Sriperumbudur by disposing of his application dated 29.08.2017, within a time frame.

3. The petitioner appearing in person submitted that inspite of his application dated 29.08.2017, seeking for transfer of Patta, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far.

4. Mr.S.Navaneethen, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's application and pass orders for transfer of Patta within a period of four weeks'.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 29.08.2017 for transfer of Patta, and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to 3rd respondent.

With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
