Since the convict prisoner has involved in a prison offence recently on 31.05.2024, he would be ineligible to seek for ordinary leave as per Rule No.21(k) of Tamil Nadu Suspension of Sentences Rules, 1982. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
