This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the complaint given by this petitioner has been forwarded to All Women Police Station, Valliyanoor and petition enquiry is pending and that, the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Valliyanoor and co-operate with the enquiry and the police is directed to expeditiously conduct the enquiry and take action in accordance with law.
