O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 01.08.2015. 2.

The petitioner is said to be a physically disabled person, who gave a representation to the respondents to grant licence to run a bunk stall in public place or any one of the places in Chennai under Self-Employment Scheme for Differently Abled Persons. Since no orders have been passed on the said representation, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.

A number of cases, with similar prayers, have come up before this Court and this Court has been consistently negativing such prayers. The petitioner has got no right to open a bunk shop or even to seek licence to run a bunk shop in a public place. Hence, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed and it is accordingly dismissed.
