This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to implead the accused names R.Geetha, Thulukkanam, T.Malliga and consequently alter the offence under sections 416, 420, 464, 468, 471 of IPC in Crime No.798 of 2014 dated 17.08.2014 on the file of the respondent herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. In this petition, the petitioner seeks to include the names of one Geetha, Thulukkanam and Malliga as accused in Crime No.798 of 2014. In civil case, a party can be impleaded by court direction. In criminal cases, such directions cannot be issued to the police. During the course of investigation, if materials implicating the said persons are collected, it is needless to say that the police should include them in the Final Report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
