learned Standing Counsel for Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TNEB) accepts notice for R4 and Mr.Sajeev Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for R5. They are armed with necessary instructions to enable final disposal of this matter, even at the stage of admission. R6 is a private respondent and no notice is thought necessary at this juncture, in view of the order proposed to be passed in this matter.

3. The petitioner prays for a mandamus directing the 1st, 2nd and 4th respondents, being the Commissioner, Greater Chennai Corporation, the Zonal Officer and The Assistant Engineer, Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TNEB), to consider her representation dated 27.03.2023 and 3rd respondent, being the Area Engineer, Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (CMWSSB) to consider her representation dated 28.03.2023 for transfer of property tax, water and sewerage tax and TNEB card to her name.

4. According to her, she has made representations before official respondents seeking the same relief. Learned counsel appearing for the Chennai Corporation, CMWSSB and TNEB agree that representations have, indeed, been received by the respective officers.

5. Hence, it would suffice that a mandamus is issued to the officers arrayed as R1 to R4 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 27.03.2023 and 28.03.2023 respectively, after hearing her and pass appropriate Pg.No.3 of 6

orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. This Writ Petition is disposed as above. No costs. Connected Miscellenous petition is closed.
