ORDER

The petitioner and the respondent were married on 04.11.2020 at Dindigul. From the wedlock, a girl child was born on 27.12.2021 and she is Page No 1 of 5

aged about two and a half years today. The petitioner/wife and the girl child are residing in Coimbatore. Thereafter, disputes arose between the petitioner and the respondent. The respondent/husband, who is a resident of Karur has initiated the matrimonial proceeding in O.P.No.14 of 2023 before the Family Court, Karur.

2. The petitioner/wife claims that she is unable to travel from Coimbatore, where she is currently residing, to Karur as she has to take care of her child.

3. Taking into consideration the difficulties expressed by the petitioner/wife and the fact that she has a girl child to attend to, I am inclined to consider this transfer petition. Hence, the proceeding in O.P.No.14 of 2023 which is now pending on the file of the Family Court, Karur is withdrawn and it shall stand transferred to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore. It is made clear that the respondent/husband need not appear for every hearing. But he shall appear for the essential hearings. On all other hearings, he may be represented through a counsel. 4. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
