O R D E R

This petition has been filed to to set aside the order passed by the learned Special Judge, I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under NDPS Act, Chennai vide Crl.M.P.No.2273 of 2024 dated 28.03.2024 and relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner is that the petitioner shall report before the learned Special Judge, I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under NDPS Act, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and the reasons stated by the petitioner is justifiable. Hence, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until completion of the trial.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
