Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 04.08.2017 sent by the petitioners for providing adequate security to the Board Meeting to be held on 20.09.2017.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed praying for a direction to first and second respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 04.08.2017 for providing adequate security to the Board Meeting to be held on 20.09.2017. 2.The petitioners apprehend disturbance from the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent herein during the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 20.09.2017. In this connection, the petitioner has given a representation dated 04.08.2017 to the second respondent seeking for police protection.

3.In view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the first and second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2017 on its own merits and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The first and second respondents while passing orders in the said appeal shall give due opportunity to the third respondent.

4. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
