This Miscellaneous Petition is filed, seeking to substitute the Respondents 2 to 4 being the legal heirs of the deceased Govindaraj / R2 as R2 to R4 in the main Writ Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner, who has no objection in substituting the legal heirs of the deceased as R2 to R4 in the Writ Petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the Miscellaneous Petition for substitution is ordered.
