C.M.P.No.17312 of 2022 in S.A.No.1264 of 2007 P.T.ASHA. J, The above petition is filed for condoning the delay of 4437 days in re-presenting the C.M.P.Sr.Nos.88833 to 88835 of 2009 in S.A.No.1264 of 2007. 2.

The reasons have been stated in paragraphs 9 to 12 of the affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the appellants himself. Heard the learned counsel for the appellants. Mr.C.Munusamy, learned counsel for the respondent, who initially objected for condoning the delay later conceded to the petition being ordered.
