By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner would state that he is the registered lease holder of land admeasuring to an extent of 1310 Sq.ft. in S.No.118/4, Manalurpet Village, Thirukovilur Taluk, Villupuram District and according to him, the fourth respondent is trying to put up petrol bunk in the above said land on the strength of invalid lease agreement and in this regard, he has submitted a representation/objection dated 06.04.2016 to the respondents 1 to 3 and since no orders has been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Thangapandi, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the third respondent.

4. Though the petitioner has prayed for larger relief, this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2016, after putting on notice, the fourth respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
