This petition has been filed to set aside the order of dismissal dated 22.02.2022 made in CRP.No.4207/2014 and to restore the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and on perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition on payment of costs. Accordingly, the petition is allowed, on payment of cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by the petitioners to the Tamilnadu Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed, without any reference to this Court.

4. On payment of cost, Registry is directed to restore the CRP and post the same for hearing on 04.08.2022.
