The Writ Petition is filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 6th respondent dated 25.07.2016 in his letter No.V.1504/CSIF/NMPT/Disc/2016/2791 returning the papers relating to the revision submitted to the third respondent and quash the same and to direct the third respondent to entertain the revision submitted by the petitioner on 23.05.2016 and hear the same on the merits.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn * with granting the liberty to file appeal petition before the fourth respondent with condone the delay against the order of the fifth respondent dated 28.11.2015. No costs.
