This writ petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass orders for transfer and posting of the petitioner as Assistant Professor / Senior Resident in the Department of General Surgery in Directorate of Medical Education as per the option exercised vide representation dated 05.05.2021 submitted by the petitioner, based on CML seniority of the petitioner in compliance with transfer counseling Regulations, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has made a representation dated 05.05.2021 to the 2nd respondent to transfer and allot a post to the petitioner in any of the institutions viz., Erode Medical College and Hospital, Erode, Karur Medical College and Hospital, Salem Mohan Kumaramangalam Medical College and Tiruppur Medical College Tiruppur. The said representation has not been considered by the 2nd respondent. Hence, he filed the present writ petition before this Court.
3. He has also relied upon the Circular in Ref.No.035195/E3/1/2021-SPG, dated 24.05.2021 issued by the 2nd respondent for considering the online counselling to be conducted by the 2nd respondent for the year 2021. However, the said period has now comes to an end and therefore, it is for the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the concerned authority seeking very same request, based on the circular or instructions issued by the 2nd respondent.
4. With the above liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
