This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking a direction to set aside the order dated 01.07.2021 passed in C.M.P.No.5309 of 2021 in W.A.No.SR14929 of 2022 and restore the writ appeal.

Heard Mrs.P.Raja Rajeswari, learned Government Advocate for the petitioners and Mr.T.Dharani, learned counsel for the first respondent.

The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this civil miscellaneous petition stands allowed by setting aside the order dated 01.07.2021 passed in C.M.P.No.5309 of 2021 and W.A.No.SR14929 of 2022 is ordered to be restored.

The Registry is directed to post W.A.No.SR14929 of 2022 before the Division Bench, concerned.
