PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent Police not to harass the petitioners for enquiry by the Respondent Police. For Petitioners: Mr.G.Mohammed Aseef For Respondent : Mr.S.Karthikeyan, Additional Public Prosecutor.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners by the Respondent Police.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that the respondent police harassed the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the counter party/defacto complainant as against the petitioners in CSR No.76/2020, after conducting enquiry, the complaint was closed on 04.08.2020.
