Prayer:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner loan application dated 21.11.2014 vide acknowledgement No.TAHDCO-2014-15-EDP-CL-965 and consequently to direct the fourth respondent to disburse the loan amount within the time frame fixed by this Court. O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent to consider his loan application dated 21.11.2014, seeking a sum of Rs.3,16,012/- as loan under Entrepreneur Development Programme.

2.After notice, the matter is taken up today for further hearing. The third respondent filed a counter affidavit, wherein it is stated that the fourth respondent society can extend the loan, only when the petitioner provides immovable property security to the said loan amount and that the petitioner by his letter dated 16.02.2015, informed that he is not having the required land as demanded by the fourth respondent. It is also stated by the third respondent that the petitioner himself has requested to transfer his loan application to a nationalised bank so that he can pursue his remedy from such bank.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 submitted that the second respondent may be directed to transfer the petitioner's loan application to any nationalised bank so as to pursue his claim for grant of the loan from such nationalised bank.

4.Learned counsel for the petitioner is also not having any objection for transferring his application from the second respondent to any nationalised bank.

5.Considering all these facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the second respondent to transfer the petitioner's application to any nationalised bank within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and inform the petitioner about such transfer. No costs.
