Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned Notification No.05/2017, dated 26.07.2017 issued by the 4th respondent and to quash the same in so far as prescription of selection procedure by conducting common written examination for selection to the post of Physical Education Teacher for different departments, without reference to different qualification for the post of Physical Education Teacher in different departments and consequently directing the respondents

to conduct selection to the post of Physical Education Teacher for each department as per the qualification prescribed under the Special Rules, in consonance to Article 14 and 16 of Constitution of India in accordance with qualification prescribed under Special Rules in each department.
