PRAYER in W.P.No.11748/2019: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent herein to include the petitioner name in the promotion panel list for year 2018-2019 according to seniority and thereby dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2019 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
PRAYER in W.P.No.14278/2019: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned Circular dated 07.05.2019 issued by the 3rd respondent under Ref. No.24281/E1/5/2019 insofar as it relates to vacancies arisen in Bio-Chemistry Specialty and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and devoid of merits in respect of petitioner for not selecting in Promotion List and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to hold fresh promotion counselling for the year 2018-2019 after including the name of the petitioner in the promotion Panel List under Bio-Chemistry Specialty.
