Writ Appeal is filed under Clause 15 of the Letter Patents Act, against the order dated 11.02.2005, passed in W.P.No.4455 of 2005.

W.P.No.4455 of 2005:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this court for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent in RP.No.JJ2/256/2003 quash the order dated 27.12.2004 and as a consequential relief direct the 2nd respondent the Deputy Commercial Tax Officer, Kongunagar Circle, Tirupur to grant exemption to the petitioner. For Appellant : Mr.Ghafoorur Rahman For Respondents: Mr.V.Hari Babu Additional Government Pleader (Taxes)

JUDGMENT
