O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10541 of 2020 dated 16.07.2020 that the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Contonment Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders

2. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.10541 of 2020 dated 16.07.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10541 of 2020 dated 16.07.2020 is modified. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
