ORDER

Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

2.This petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation dated 29.12.2025 seeking to permit the petitioner to rejoin the college and to redo the 7th Semester and entire 4th Year with Hostel from the next Academic Year and also allow them to complete their Law Course as per the academic year 2022-2027.

It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner got admission for the coourse of B.A., LLB (Hons) and due to some love affair and picking up of quarrel, it is the alleged that the petitioner was not permitted to rejoin the respondent college and it is the grievance of the petitioner that the petitioner had paid semester fees and other fees, however, the petitioner was not permitted. In this regard, the petitioner made a representation on 29.12.2025, however, the same is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition. 4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.12.

2025 and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
