..Respondents Prayer:- Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd respondent pertaining to G.O.Ms.No.57 dated 19.12.2018 on his file and quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned and directing the respondents to prepare fresh Seniority list taking into consideration the Direct recruits above the promotees insofar as the petitioner is concerned, provide consequential benefits and pass orders.

This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 19.12.2018 and for consequential relief of preparing a fresh seniority list. 2.
It is seen from records that the subject matter of challenge in this writ petition is the proceedings of the Health Department of Government of Puducherry. This proceedings can be challenged before the Central Administrative Tribunal and this Court cannot exercise its jurisdiction under Article 226 of constitution of India.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed and liberty is given to the petitioner to move an appropriate petition before the Central Administrative Tribunal and work out his remedy in accordance with law.
