This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to first respondent to entrust the case in respect of Crime No.129 of 2015 pending on the file of the second respondent to CBI, for conducting re-investigation. 2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that already investigation has been completed by the respondents and the case has been closed as mistake of fact on 22.04.2015 and the referred charge sheet in R.C.S.No.13 of 2015 has also been served on the petitioner.
