PRAYER in Crl.M.P.No.4965 of 2020: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 am in Crl.M.P.No.2887/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34520/2019 by order dated 04.03.2020. For Petitioner : Mr.V.Raghavachari For Respondent : Mr.K.Prabakar Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER (The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous petitions have filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2886/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34519/2019 and Crl.M.P.No.2887/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34520/2019 on 04.03.2020 to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for interrogation until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.2886/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34519/2019 and Crl.M.P.No.2887/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34520/2019 dated 04.03.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in in Crl.M.P.No.2886/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34519/2019 and Crl.M.P.No.2887/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34520/2019 dated 04.03.2020 is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the responded police on first working day of every month until further orders.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petitions are ordered.
