By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner would state that pursuant to the registered settlement deed bearing Document No.442/2006, dated 20.2.2006, executed by her husband in her favour, in respect of the property admeasuring to an extent of 4824 square feet, comprised in Resurvey No.1/3C, Patta No.19, Plot No.4, situated at Tethampakkam Village, she is in possession and enjoyment of the same and is staying with her son, who is undergoing studies at Thanjavur, and taking advantage of the same, some miscreants attempted to encroach upon her property and in this regard, she submitted a representation dated 9.6.2015, to the first respondent, who has forwarded the same to the second respondent for necessary action, and since no orders have been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
passed, the petitioner submitted a reminder dated 26.2.2015, and since it has not been met with any kind of response, came forward to file this writ petition.
3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.A.Tamiklvannan, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, and without going into the merits of the same, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 9.6.2015, as well as the reminder dated 26.2.2015, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the persons concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.
