R.S.No.238/4 shall also be inserted at Paragraph No.1 of the order. Therefore, paragraph No.1 of the order dated 18.04.2023, shall be replaced as follows: This writ petition has been filed for a direction to declare the reservation made in respect of property in R.S.Nos.237/1A2, 237/1B, 237/1C2, 237/2A, 237/2B, 237/3B, 237/4 and 238/4 in Punjailakkapuram Village, Modakkurichi Taluk, Erode District forming part of Detailed Development Plan No.3 has lapsed by virtue of Section 38 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (hereinafter called as 'the Act').
