This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the complaint of the petitioner dated 1.10.2014 now pending on the file of First and Second Respondents to the Third respondent viz. Inspector of Police, CBI, Shasthiri Bhavan Chennai to secure the ends of justice.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.10.2014 and the same was closed on 22.07.2015. A https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
