It is seen that the petitioner has handed over Rs.1,06,000/- to the respondent (Rs.1,00,000/- towards arrears of maintenance and Rs.6,000/- towards the maintenance for the month of September 2020).

2. The petitioner shall pay the monthly maintenance of Rs.6,000/- to the respondent from October 2020 onwards before the 10th of every English Calendar month. With regard to the arrears of maintenance, a sum of Rs.2,72,000/- shall be paid by the petitioner to the respondent within a period of five months from today (23.09.2020).

3. This order has been dictated in the open Court so that the petitioner cannot say that he does not know about the order passed by this Court. If the petitioner does not comply with this order, it is open to the respondent to enforce the order of maintenance under Section 128 Cr.P.C. 23.09.2020 sni http://www.judis.nic.in
