[ RESPONDENT ] Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the representation dated 6.7.2015 made by the petitioner requesting to appoint petitioner to the post of cook for the Noon meal scheme in Chinnakappanoor Village Union School Kalasapakkam Taluk Tiruvannamalai District.

With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.There was a vacancy to the post of Cook in the Noon Meal Centre in Chinnakappanoor Village Union School, Kalasapakkam Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District. According to the petitioner, she applied for the said post on 23.6.2015 and was called to appear for an interview on 01.07.2015. Since no information was forthcoming, petitioner submitted a representation dated 06.07.2015, for providing employment to her.

3.I am not inclined to issue any direction to provide employment to the petitioner. But, the respondent after conducting interview on 23.06.2015, cannot keep quiet without filling up the post for a long time. Hence, a direction is issued to the respondent to fill up the post of Cook in Noon Meal Centre, Chinnakappanoor Village Union School, Kalasapakkam Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, for which https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

interview has already been conducted, at the earliest, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
