This petition is filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 1st and 2nd respondents from giving any building plan approvals in respect of the suit properties in O.S.No.34/2007 and O.S.No.139/2011 and to consider his representation dated 12.11.2013 and 19.12.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

O R D E R

The petitioner filed a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 1st and 2nd respondents from giving any building plan approvals in respect of the suit properties and to consider his representations dated 12.11.2013 and 19.12.2014. No interim order has been granted. Subsequently, the 2nd respondent has passed an order dated 03.05.2016. It is also put to challenge in W.P.No.35824 of 2016 which has been entertained.
