PRAYER: This criminal original petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to issue suitable direction to respondents 1 and 2 herein to secure the presence of the accused respondents 3-5 herein for due execution of the sentence made by the Hon'ble Fast Track Court No.II, Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Allikulam at Chennai in CC.No.5437 of 2019 dated 16.02.2024 as affirmed by Judgement in CA.No.300 of 2024 dated 12.02.2025 and pass such further orders.

ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to secure the presence of the accused respondents 3-5 herein for due execution of the sentence made by the Hon'ble Fast Track Court No.II, Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Allikulam at Chennai in CC.No.5437 of 2019 dated 16.02.2024 as affirmed by Judgement in CA.No.300 of 2024 dated 12.02.2025.
2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that accused are not residing in the said address within the jurisdictional Police. Hence, the warrant has been returned to the concerned court.
3. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to furnish the present address of the accused, thereafter, the trial court is directed to issue warrant to the address furnished and the same to be executed by the jurisdictional police.
